Southern Hospitality
Ellie Lou’s has a long history in hospitality. In 1870, Ellie Lou’s cousins founded Weidmann’s Restaurant in Meridian, Mississippi known for their comfort food and southern hospitality. In 1907, the Yankee side of Ellie Lou’s family began Korbin & Company, a family business importing coffee for the Nation’s biggest retailers.
