I appreciate our Chef, Dennis Cheplick, who is extremely modest and creative.  Dennis never ceases to amaze us with his unique combinations and fierce determination to make everything from scratch.

 

I appreciate our Heart of House (kitchen staff), that maintain our standards of food quality and safety. Not to mention, their attention to detail and love that goes into each order.
